Strawberry Greek Yogurt Popsicle Ingredients
Greek Yogurt: You can use any brand you’d like, but for a lower calorie option, I always opt for Danon Light + Fit. If calories don’t matter, Chobani makes a delicious creamy Greek Yogurt (in a variety of flavors) that makes the perfect Greek Yogurt popsicles.
Strawberries: You can make this recipe with fresh or frozen berries. If you’re using frozen berries, you may want to use a blender to blend them in or let them thaw out a bit before chopping them up.
Liquid of Choice: I’ve experimented using milk, water, and other drinks like apple juice, etc, but this time around I used Strawberry Lemonade. It gave the popsicles a subtle sweetness, perfect for a summer treat that my whole family loved!

As I’ve said a few times, these strawberry yogurt popsicles made with Greek Yogurt are easy to make. Here are all the ingredients you’ll need:
- 10-12oz Greek Yogurt (I did half with Danon Light + Fit Strawberry Cheesecake & half with Chobani Strawberry Greek Yogurt)
- 1 Cup Strawberries (chopped into small pieces)
- ~1/4 cup of water, milk, or liquid of your choice
Many strawberry popsicles add sweeteners such as honey, maple syrup, sugar-free syrup, or actual sugar. Since our yogurt is already flavored, I didn’t add any sweeteners to the recipe.
I also opted to use our favorite strawberry lemonade as the liquid. Adding a little bit helps thin out the consistency, making it easier to pour into the molds and comes out with a less “chalky” texture once frozen. Plus, it adds a little flavor.
How to Make These Strawberry Greek Yogurt Popsicles
Once you have all of your ingredients, you can either:
Add them all into a blender and blend them or mix by hand. I chose to mix by hand because I wanted the strawberries to stay chunky.
If you use a blender, you may not need as much water or milk, so just be mindful of how thin the consistency gets. If it’s too thin, just add in more yogurt and mix it in by hand.

Once you’re happy with the texture and consistency, pour them into your popsicle molds!
Place your mold into the freezer for about 3-4 hours (ideally overnight).

We used these cute little molds that I got a long time ago, but they don’t come with sticks or handles, so I improvised by using some wooden popsicle sticks I had for crafting the first time. Worked like a charm!
The second time I made these, I used an actual popsicle mold, which made it way easier. So, while you don’t need traditional molds, it will make the process simpler!

Are These Homemade Strawberry Popsicles Healthy?
Overall, yes, I’d consider them a rather healthy treat. What’s nice is you can change up the ingredients to fit your dietary needs.
If you need them dairy-free, opt for a dairy-free Greek Yogurt. If you don’t want any added sugars, use water and choose a no sugar added yogurt. Plus, they provide a decent serving of protein if you’re trying to add more protein to your diet.
What’s the Best Way to Store These Greek Yogurt Strawberry Popsicles?
I like to keep mine in the popsicle mold, in the freezer, for up to 1-2 months. In all honesty, my kids devour them by the end of the week (especially during the summer time).
Other Ways to Customize These Yogurt Popsicles
I get it, not everyone loves strawberries. You can easily switch up the recipe by using another fruit or flavor of Greek Yogurt.
Which Popsicle Molds Should I Use?
There are a few popsicle molds that we love. Unfortunately, the last one I had didn’t last long as it broke, but it did have the built-in handles, which I found way easier than just the mold and popsicle sticks that I used this time around.
On that note, these are the popsicle molds I’d personally recommend:
- Nuby Popsicle Molds – these are great for younger toddlers and babies because the handles are small and easy to grip, allowing babies to easily enjoy the pop.
- Silicone Ice Pop Mold – These are great for younger and older children as they have a sturdy, but soft silicone handle. They’re also easy to remove from the base and don’t get easily stuck.
- 10 Count Silicone Pop Mold – These molds are large, and great for poolside treats and parties!
Now that you’ve got the recipe, bonus tips, and best popsicle molds, you’re set to make some tasty frozen yogurt pops.
